    Do you mean Ref 54? I think it's a great horn, but I don't need a high F# key and my Mark VI's do everything that I need to do. It wouldn't be practical for me. If I were buying my first pro horn, I would buy the Ref 54. Terry

      Depends on what suits you as a player. If it was Selmer vs. Selmer, I'd keep the VI. I sold my mk. VI to get a Conn-- because it suited me better. I think you can't lose either way.
