what year was this mouthpiece made in? serial # 169XXX

    theres no way to tell for brilhardt mpcs what year they were made. and also it is a bit weird, but I dont really know the point of the serial numbers on brilhardt pieces, since I have 2 alto and have seen a tenor piece with the exact same number

      if not the year, what about the decade? like ex. mid 70's or late 80's

        thats usually possible by looking at others and comparing them to get a general idea If it has a serial number though, most likely it is from the early years under the ownership of JJ Babbitt or before
