guardala new york series tenor

anybody tried one? Im looking to start tenor because Im going to have to start doubling up. I play a Selmer series III alto and I just need something for tenor around $1500 If you have any other suggestions for saxes around that price let em rip

    If your gonna double up you should really think about getting a good tenor that plays in tune and all that stuff... Good brands you should look into : Rampone and Cazanni, Selmer, Yanagisawa, and Yamaha Those seem to be th eones i like (Besides the vintage ones)

      old conns, martin, or maybe a new/used yahama tenor. (just to name a few off the top of my head)

        for that price i would consider a buescher aristocrat (pre 1963) . The series1's are superb also the bigB and the 156 model which is a big B without the extra engraving but leave the 157 alone as quality started going downhill by this time Dave
