This is a rare find. It is an Otto Link Slant Sig tenor saxophone mouthpiece that has been refaced by the great Ralph Morgan to an 8* tip with a concurrent facing curve. The piece measures a true 0.115" and is a great player. It has that classic Florida Slant Sig sound and can take as much air as you can put in it. This is a powerful mouthpiece that has a thick core sound and not too many highs even in the upper register and altissimo.
The piece was originally a 5* and is still stamped as such on the side. The table, rails and tip are flawless and only the Otto Link lettering has worn a bit faint over the years.
