This is an older ARB Arbex Alto Saxophone mouthpiece.  The mouthpiece is an original 6, and measures out right at .082".  The mouthpiece has really nice open sound, that has a lot of pop, but isn't too bright.  It plays very similar to an older Meyer which is really cool.  You don't see a whole lot of these mouthpieces out there.
