This is a great example of Vintage Streamline Tonalin Alto Sax mouthpiece.  With a serial number of 57895, it still has its original 3 facing, and even its original lig.  These are great vintage alto pieces, and they are highly sought after.  This one even has its original box and warranty card as well.
