This is the real deal - an early vintage Dave Guardala Michael Brecker mouthpiece for the tenor sax. Though it is very hard to make out, as they always are, the serial number appears to be just 3 digits, looks most like 687. This is an original first series handmade Michael Brecker model. It is all original and measures .115”. Though most of the original finish is gone, physically the mouthpiece is in fantastic shape. The original bite plate has just a single small indentation. The original tip and rails are perfect.
