This is a sweet vintage Martin Handcraft soprano saxophone, serial number 85378. This horn was relacquered some time ago, and looks incredible. It was fully repadded recently, and is a great player.

Physically the sax is in outstanding shape. There are no dents, dings, or resolders, and it has obviously been well cared for all of its life. Pads are in new condition, and everything is sealing perfectly.
